1985:
May. 1- Established the company as Kum Hwa Special Casting Co.
Aug. 10- Moved the factory to Kam jeon-dong, pusan.
1988:
Sep. 1- Moved the factory to Yang San and installed 5ton electric arc furnace.
Nov. 10- Setup test equipment and 30ton heat treatment furnace.
1990:
Oct.- Hyundai Heavy Industries(HHI) / Partnership admitted.
Nov.- Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering(DSME) / Partnership admitted.
1992:
May.- Hanjin Heavy Industries / Partnership admitted.
1993:
Jan.- Samsung Heavy Industries(SHI) / Partnership admitted.
1994:
Jan. 1- Named Kum Hwa Cast Steel & Industrial Machinery
Converted to the limited company(Co., Ltd)
1995:
Jan.- Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries(HSH) / Partnership admitted.
Feb. 1- Moved the factory to So ju industrial complex, and installed 20 ton electric arc furnace.
1997:
Oct. 1- Established 2nd factory as sam II Metal Co.
Dec. 12- Installed Anchor tester and begun to produce anchors.
1999:
Jan.- Hyundai Mipo Dock yard(HMD) / Partnership admitted.
2003:
Jan. 1- Converted Sam II Metal Co. to SIC Co. Ltd., a limited company.
2007:
Feb.- Hyundai Mipo Dock yard(HMD) quality certification & certificate of selection
Mar.- National Tax Service citation.
